With nearly 15 years of experience in the banking industry and a master's in business administration, Janel has the expertise to lead Firma Consulting. She worked in a cross-section of behind-the-scenes and customer-facing roles within small business commercial banking. Working in various commercial lending roles made Janel intimately familiar with the customer experience and gave her an understanding of how the bank analyzes and assesses risk. These roles also gave her a deeper understanding of the lending process from beginning to funding.
